Downstair furnished bedroom with own bathroom. House in quiet, family neighborhood (Rancho Del Sol neighborhood), close to freeway access and close to the Station Shopping Center (Costco, etc.). This is for single-occupancy and no pets. Welcome to use anything in the home; kitchen, cooking-ware, dishes, laundry, living room, etc. We are fairly clean and organized so must be the same. Move-in date flexible. Month-to-month, months, whatever tenant chooses. Thirty-day notice in advance before move out. Guests are fine but no overnight guests. I have a Eleven-yr old son, so please do not bring outside drama to the home.
