Lease is month to month. I occupy the master bedroom that has its own bathroom. No credit check required. Only proof of income and a reference is needed. Rent includes high speed internet and utilities. I am looking for either a male or female roommate, short term or long term is OK. I have a small poodle mix dog who is housebroken, sweet and friendly. I will consider a roommate that has a dog. I am allergic to cats, so I cannot have a roommate with a cat. There is no designated parking space for my roommate but there is plenty of free street parking on Western Avenue and on Taylor Street and around the neighborhood.The neighborhood is safe and neighbors welcoming. • Your room is fully furnished with a queen bed and dresser drawers, and semi-private bathroom.
