Hi guys ! Looking for a place to move into mid to end of August, however I can put down a deposit in meantime to hold the room until then and can meet in person to ensure it’s a proper fit ! I need to be out of my current place by August st, but would be okay to leave August th, and I am looking in places such as Downtown Miami, Brickell, or Edgewater. I spend most weekends at my boyfriend’s place so I’m usually only in the apartment weeks days and take off Friday evenings and come back Monday evening to repeat. I work full time and am studying my third bachelors as well. I have twelve months to finish. I’m busy a lot of the time, keep to myself, I’m extremely organized and clean, and respectful.
