Hello! I am looking for someone to fill the daylight basement MIL at my Lynnwood townhouse by June or after. It would be just myself and my cat living in the upstairs area. The entire downstairs level I am renting out includes a bedroom, full bath, kitchenette, living/dining space with direct back garden access where there is a lovely stream close by. The shared spaces would include the entryway to the home, the garage/driveway, laundry room, and the stove/dishwasher in the upstairs kitchen. There is also lots of guest parking available within the neighborhood. Super transit friendly area, close to all freeway entrances, the light rail, less than a 5 minute drive to Alderwood Mall. A little about me, I work in retail by day and enjoy a quiet night in watching tv/moves, playing video games, cooking and overall I lead a chill home life. Open to other cat owners so long as they get along with other animals and are well behaved. In general hoping for a good fit who would be down for roomie dinners/being friends etc. As far as shared spaces go I think it’s important to keep them consistently clean (I have a clean as you go mentality) and to be respectful of quiet times when necessary, along with having good/prompt communication.- $ a month and we split utilities and internet - Lease length is variable - Credit check/cleaning deposit and last months rent required Please message me with questions, a little about you, and what you are looking for in a living space.
