We are looking for a female roommate. We are three hard working students at TWU and UNT and we are looking for a roommate. The bedroom is private and has its own dedicated bathroom that is NOT shared with any other roommate. There is a shared laundry room. Internet is free but utilities are split 4 ways which is usually $ a month depending on season. The townhouse is min away from either UNT or TWU.No smoking. No pets.
