Anyway, I just had a female roommate move out after 4 years of getting her masters in mathematics at long beach state.I have a nice big private bedroom upstairs ( that I just painted yesterday) with a big mirrored closet new pergo wood flooring, Hunter Douglass black out blindes, ceiling fan Lomita ( PCH & Narbonne) It also has a private back yard with a pool $ mo/ utilities included in this is Fully Furnished with a queen bed (double mattress) and nice wood dressers..The bathroom has duel sinks and a whole mirrored wall and is shared with a female.The house has w/wifi, washer & dryer ,full kitchen and safe environment/neighborhood on a cul-de-sac.Please let me know if you are interestedAlso must work out side of the house no telecommuting.ThanksMichael
