Looking for a roommate for the guest room in our home located in Enchanted Hills .We are a friendly and professional couple ages - Government/Dental with dogs so must be okay with dogs.- No Couples- No additional pets.- You will not have to share a bathroom- Kitchen / Laundry / Living room / Backyard accessCleanliness is a mustRoom has a Queen Bed with frame and nightstand but can be removed if needed.(Attached Picture of the Bed)There will be a Roommate Agreement, month to month.- first and last month rent required to move in.
