The House - The Rooms are being renovated. I just obtained this BA property. All tenants are temporary with a month-by-month term not to exceed three months. All Applicants must undergo a Background Check, Checking for Criminal Charges, Domestic Violence, Child Abuse, Senior Abuse, and Squatter Issues.
