Roommate to share my bath townhouse in a gated community in Fort Myers. My bedroom and the bedroom for rent are both on the second floor with laundry separating the two rooms. The community has a nice pool area and a small gym. Rent and electric and water = around or a tad bit more per month. I work full time outside of the home, have a PhD in medicine, play piano, keep to myself, and enjoy going to the beach and out to eat… I seldom cook. I adopted a sweet little dog who loves people but HATES cats.
