Hi! I have a nice, fully furnished bath house in Roseburg, OR. I'm looking for people to fill the 2 vacant rooms. The smaller room is available now for $ and would share the hallway bathroom with 1 other person. The bigger room will be available Oct and has a private, ensuite bathroom. The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac, next to the forest. There is ample parking on the side of the house and on the street (free and no street cleaning). The yard is partially fenced in, but not completely so any pets would have to be monitored). The laundry is on the main floor of the house so easy access. There are steps leading into the house and into the living room (split level house).I offer flexible lease options from 3 months up to 1 yr. Preference will be given to potential roommates looking for a longer lease. I use Turbo Tenant for the lease and rental payments. Turbo Tenant does have an option to pay with credit and you can opt-in to credit reporting if you're looking to build your credit.In total there would be a max of 4 people living in the house with 2 sharing the hall bathroom. No preference on roommate gender. Smoking allowed outside only. 1 pet allowed with $ refundable pet deposit. Move in costs are first month's rent and the security deposit ($ depending on which room you move into).I prefer to have a video call with anyone interested :) after that we can schedule a tour and talk about lease options.
