I have a place available in the downtown Savannah area between the Historic District and Starland area. I am looking for roommates. The spot is super close to Forsyth Park, less than a 5-minute walk away. It’s in a nice neighborhood that has a ton of nice coffee shops, boutiques, and restaurants nearby. It's a bath, with a living room, separate sitting room, laundry room, dining room, full kitchen with a big center island table, wrap around porch, private parking and an enclosed side yard with a patio sitting area and a hammock for relaxing.
