Awkward. Nice. Respectable. Empathetic. Fun. Mutable aka- adaptable. Um yeah… idk know. a real human going through life’s phases. Up for whatever and down to do nothing as well. We can be best friends or passing ships… whatever floats ur boat. Haven’t had a “roomie” since college so this should be fun! I have a dog, cat and gecko. Recently Diagnosed ADHD and going through divorce. I believe having a roommate will make me be more tidy so thats a plus. I will probably have my two boys over twice a week for a few hours. ( yrs old) They are the best! I’m a virgo if that matters or helps. I work during day and sometimes at night. I used to go out … in limbo right now. And as long as i dont wake up with you watching me in my sleep i’m extremely non-judgmental.
You will have your room and own bathroom. And free range to whatever else thats here.. I do have a full size mattress if u want and desk. There is open parking, a pool, gym and utilities included in rent payment. I recently joined tinder and dont plan on being a hoe but i may “ fingers crossed” have a guy over. Oh yeah and just to be completely transparent because i think you have to tell people “legally” um yeah my ex died here-not recently. Its not haunted and it was not due to the apartment. Accidental overdose when i was away. 😬 life be lifein; well not in his case.
