Just got a drum set looking for a place to practice. Jk. Quiet, respectful, trustworthy, CLEAN (important one right there). Just looking for a place to stay for a few months while I look to buy a house. Real estate agent and baseball player so I will barely even be home. Will pay rent on time and keep the place organized and clean.
