Hello, I am looking for an apartment/roommate in a quiet, safe neighborhood. I am relaxed and active y/o gay guy….if that matters. Prefer to live with another guy. Closer to my age the better.
Current roommate is selling the apartment and I need to find a new place by May 1st will happily move sooner, if the right space presents itself.
My ideal space would be quiet, with a chill roommate, off-street parking, a/c. I would like to keep the rent under $ everything included.
I work from home a bit so chill and quiet atmosphere is awesome. My dog is super-friendly, quiet and loves other animals.
I can keep to myself or can be chatty…a roommate who is fun to hang with, would be great.
I am organized, tidy, not into drugs or partying, or that stuff.
Looking for fun, chill, relaxed living space. ADU would be ideal.
