Hello! I am seeking a female roommate to sublet a room for 1 year in my with me. I am looking for a laid back girl that loves the water as much as I do! I’d ideally like someone to move in by September 1st. I am located in Jensen Beach, FL. Rent is /month plus utilities (wifi electric and flood insurance) The bedroom is large with a window, big closet, and cute built-in shelves. The bathroom has two sinks and is massive. I have two small dogs (mini dachshund and pug mix) so you must love pups! I am okay with having another small dog here. Unfortunately no cats allowed. My place is directly across from the Indian river with a private beach with dock. The living room has a waterfront view 🙂 We will have our own private tiki bar as well. I have a backyard with a vegetable garden and tons of indoor plants. All appliances are brand new (washer/dryer), fridge, oven, etc. I work for the Department of Environmental Protection full time. I love going to the park, kayaking, and everything outdoors. This place is absolutely gorgeous and am looking for the right fit.
