I have a private room & bath for rent in a home in Temecula that will be available . Washer & Dryer, A/C, Wifi/Internet, plenty of storage, etc. The room can is unfurnished, but there is an option for having it partially furnished (bed & a few other items). Rent is $ utils or we can work out a deal w/ utilities included.I'm a m and I work A LOT. I enjoy a nice drama free environment and I'm easy to get along with.
