I am a mid-late twenties grad student/young professional looking for possible places to stay in about a year's time around the Palm Desert, La Quinta, and Indio, CA area. Ideally, partners would be allowed as overnight guests a few nights per week, per our discretion, with the rent reflecting that if need be.
