It’s just me, and my cat. She’s fixed and up to date. I have an old truck I drive but not atm, I’m redoing brakes. I can get storage if needed. I’m outspoken but quiet, respectful, and clean. My current landlord is having custody battle issues now and their drama is affecting my sanity. I just started last week at a plant on Thornton rd so I won’t have move-in fee right away but I will work around house or yard or clean to bring value upfront. Not lazy. I play video games in my free time, or work on my truck. I take my ebike mainly as I don’t have space for another second vehicle. Can be temporary as long as I can bring my cat with me until I can find something more pet friendly, I don’t like to be invasive of people privacy, boundaries.
