Rapha: I am a down-to-earth guy working two jobs and hunting for a cozy one-bedroom spot in Littleton. After hustling all day, I’d love a quiet, sunny place to unwind—ideally with parking and laundry on- (because who wants to lug laundry around, right?).

- **Stable now:** Life threw some curveballs (thanks, COVID and a rough custody battle years ago), which dinged my credit and led to an eviction *almost 7 years ago*. The good news? That eviction’s set to drop off my record in **June months away! These days, I’m financially solid and totally ready to prove I’m a reliable tenant.
- **No stress here:** I’m flexible—month-to-month or a longer lease works! Happy to share pay stubs, references, or chat over coffee to ease any worries.
- **Chill vibes only:** I’m all about peace, quiet, and keeping things drama-free. My fiancée, Danielle (she’s in California!), will visit sometimes, but it’ll mostly just be me and my low-key routine.
