I’m seeking a roommate for a gated community, beautiful home, two thousand ft.².
You would have your own large bedroom and private bath and access to the entire house. I have an extra room that could be used as a living area for your privacy and comfort. There is a quiet backyard surrounded by trees and updated gorgeous kitchen and it is a two story home.
Also, there is a community pool.
My landlord does not allow cats or smoking. Please, no drugs or criminal background. I would be asking for a background check to be approved, that is required by the rental management company.
I have two beautiful well-behaved dogs, clean, sweet dogs.
