I am a year old Christian woman.
I am very easy going but do like my privacy at times. I do work from home so during the day I would need that privacy.
I have a room with a bathroom with a shower. that would give you a private area. You are more than welcome to do whatever you want with the room. I will respect your privacy and would never invade it.
I would love to have someone dependable and keeps things real and cleanliness is important to me.
You are welcome to come and go as you want and have use of the kitchen area as well as the washer and dryer.
I have a dog so would prefer no pets. I have one dog that is a rescue and she is use to her own people around her.
No drugs, Alcohol is fine. No wild parties or sleepovers. Ha. I guess I am old school. I would prefer a female roommate just for comfortability reasons.
Pearl is a wonderful place to live and I live in a very safe neighborhood.
I would love serious inquiries and I will do a background check and would want a picture of you and references.
