Ideally female presenting roommates only!My ideal roommate(s) are people who:-Are kind, empathetic, genuine, nonjudgmental, good communicators, clean, organized, and responsible-Split chores and shared household purchases evenly-Don’t smoke or drink often, but are respectful and responsible if they do/don't mind if others do-Don’t have friends over all the time, ask before inviting people over, and are mindful of quiet hours-Are sound-conscious especially at night and in the mornings, and go to bed relatively early-Share similar valuesMy living style/needs:-I like a co-existing living environment and would prefer not to live in an environment where everyone is friends! -Love monthly roomie meetings to check in and make any adjustments needed! Big on kind, respectful, and understanding communication.-I’m generally clean, consistent, and organized with chores, and like to split them evenly, but there’s always grace for mess/some inconsistency, and I like to help each other out if needed.-I need a room that is non-street facing/well protected from sound, has a window, is relatively spacious, and has a sizable closet (I can fit my desk + bed with some room in between). This is mainly because I am looking for some remote work, am a home body, and fashion girlie. -I would love a large living space with lots of sun (i typically spend equal time between living room and my bedroom) and a kitchen with necessary amenities (fridge, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher).
