I am looking for someone very neat and clean. No hoarding. The room is fully furnished. Cannot accommodate any more furniture of any kind. It is not offered unfurnished unless you want to pay for a storage facility. (Air-conditioned) I have pets, so a pet lover is a must. Queen size bed, TV. Bed linens included if needed. 1 person only. Semi Shared quest bath. I am really wanting a roommate not someone that wants to just rent a room. Eats in kitchen like a normal person. You will have access to house, not just a room.
