As for me, I am a clean, professional, respectful roommate. My goal is to move into a nice place May .

I need a home to stay temporarily because I am transitioning out of the Navy from San Diego and plan to purchase a home outside Las Vegas by August .
I will be receiving monthly VA Disability guaranteed at $/mo to make sure rent is paid for with a good amount in my savings, also, I'll be receiving BAH at $ while enrolled in an online Computer Science program with ASU.
I plan on obtaining a job as soon as possible either with the Electricians Union Las Vegas or in Finance for a nice casino with my MBA in Finance.
I can pay the deposit and monthly rent no problem and any application fee.
I am friendly, cooperative and obedient.
I am a non-smoker.
I have no pets.
I have no children.
I am hardworking.
