I have a spacious bedroom that will be available in January for rent. House is close to freeway and accessible to gyms, stores and parks. Will have own bathroom but will also be used as guest bathroom. Parking garage, laundry on premises. Must be responsible, CLEAN & respectful. Female preferred and must love dogs. Can discuss pets but prefer a small dog - no cats.
