Offering 1 room with its own bathroom (off suite). $ Bed / 1 Bath vacant in Apartment in Pico-Union with on washer dryer. Utilities not included EXCEPT trash (wifi $ per/month, gas $, and electric $) Smoking is not permitted on the property. No pets allowed. Looking for someone to take over my roommates lease on January 1 for one year. Month to month options are negotiable. I’m a y/o musician with a few odd jobs that keep me coming and going! I try to be as tidy as possible in order to maintain a home-base that feels safe and relaxed. I think I’m more tidy than the average individual and I would prefer a roommate who is the same (particularly in shared spaces). Its important to me that my roommate and I feel relaxed and comfortable in the space. Initially, no men and no strangers in the space.
