I want to move downtown so that I can walk everywhere and I'm close to activities. Good to have some socially active roommates that will help me out of my shell. I'm older and pretty quiet and simple. I don't judge and keep an open mind.

I'm looking to rent my home if it doesn't sell before September. It's listed on Zillow or we can meet, I have been the only owner, it has solar, not sure how that plays out in rental but mostly helps with the electric costs. Zoned heating, gas fireplace. Parking in the garage for two cars, parking in front of the garage for two cars, and street parking in front of the house. The bus is a -minute walk away. Regal Theater and Fred Meyer are just down the street walking distance. Two stories with bedrooms on the second floor and an open first floor with kitchen, dining, living, and a big entryway. Utilities are not included, you are responsible for the yard but the front is mowed by the neighborhood. Willing to discuss.

Looking for roommates for 3 of my bedrooms, keeping things simple and quiet, I live alone so I hope to find roommates that I can get along with. I like pc games and have a Playstation 5, i like action and adventure. I like to have a clean place but I have laxed, I will work towards staying on it. I don't want any drinking or partying in the house and don't want anyone who would come home drunk. The commen areas are the first floor, and the laundry and bathroom at the top of the stairs, the master suit and garage are reserved for me. But there is street parking.
