Hello, I am looking to sublet a room in Manhattan October 1!!! Budget is $ but the lower the better lol. I don’t have any pets but would love a kitten. I’d love for there to be a dishwasher, laundry, AC, balcony or fire escape, elevator if on a high floor or 1st floor, closer to Central Park but really anywhere in manhattan. I’d love to not go past street. I’m looking for a long term sublease. I have good credit and savings and will have a job in nyc before I move.
