About me
I am a y/o female that works in the HR profession. I have a room with a private bath that is upstairs and available for a short-term roommate. I rent the townhome and the lease is up in November. The full rent is $, so I am offering the space for $ to include all utilities (water, trash, electric and Wi-Fi).
Must be willing to meet in person to discuss arrangements. No contractual agreement is required.
Must understand that I have a dog (pug) and will consider someone that has a pet of their own.
