About me
Hello! I am Tim VanB, “Van” yo, GWM and transplant from Florida who moved to Minneapolis three years ago for a writing program and fell in love with the city. I Ieft the corporate sector (hotels/ restaurants) to write (Screenplay focus). For now, grants and Target pay the bills, but corporate is waiting in the wings in case Spielberg doesn’t call.
My schedule is relatively busy with classes, scripts, a tiny theatre production, and prep for the Catalyst Festival in the fall.
I’m relatively quiet, clean, and easygoing. I love creative people, a sense of humor, movies, photography, and directing (everything showbiz). I watch the first ten minutes of most movies and TV shows (though I wouldn’t put anyone else through that). I’m less funny than I think I am, but I love a sense of humor as I need material for stories. I appreciate your consideration! Van
