Rent will be paid in full through October, and we will be moved out mid-October.Unit is a full basement, -bath, two living areas (one currently used as an office space), a bar area with mini fridge, laundry room, upstairs is a shared kitchen, huge fenced in backyard (k sqft lot), a two car garage that you will have a parking spot in, and a single car garage and shed with storage. The backyard has a patio area as well. We are able to leave it fully furnished if preferred.You will have one female roommate and her dog. She works nights so you won’t see her often in the evenings and during the day helps with letting the dogs outside.The lease would end May .
