I am an athlete but have had to take some time off due to unforeseen circumstances. The room will not be ready for another few weeks or so. Your room would be the furthest away from mine and is next to a private bathroom (complete with a full shower, tub toilet and storage space. It does not come furnished with a bed, but has a desk and lounge chair and filing cabinets.) I have no preference as to gender, ethnicity, or animals (except for cats-it's a neighborhood rule...idk.)
