My name is Hendy, yo, I am brazilian and a tattoo artist from São Paulo, I currently live in Nashville (under still current O- and a half years and is time to go back to the city. I guess i just like having friends and getting along with people. Museums, parks, running, photography, music and dancing. I can be quite funny too!✨ I'll take care of your space like is mine, mostly eat out everyday because I am always super busy so dishes wont ever be a problem too!🧼😮💨 I have a very stable career in Nashville so I will come once a month for work while I establish my routine. (Toe will be taking care of, wont be your responsability to feed my cat), I already have work in NYC i just need to settle this part of process so i can open my books! Intent to move the end of August, I can come to NYC for the day to visit the apartment and meet! TOE, my kitty, HE is simply the best, you will never smell this cat bathroom I can promise you that. This cat has a better schedule than me. 😌 About my : The O-1 is a nonimmigrant for individuals who possess "extraordinary ability" in their field, such as sciences, education, business, athletics, or the arts, or who have demonstrated extraordinary achievement in the motion picture or television industry. Looking for at least 1 year, I am willing to pay the month of August to secure the place until I can finish my move! I would a flexible lease, i would like to sublet and sign a contract with a deposit. Open to discuss smaller periods of sublet if it makes sense.
