Hello, There! This Room comes fully furnished and includes its own private bath and closet within the room. I'm looking for someone to move in as of Monday August . We are a small family of 3. Our home is kep clean and always smells nice! We live a fairly quiet life. We do not have any pets. It includes access to a washer and dryer and you'll also be able to lock the room when you are away. You'll have access to the living room and dining room/kitchen with an area/space to keep your consumables. If you're interested let me know! Thanks
