I have a beautiful home on the east side of Simi Valley. I rent out the bedrooms to women only ages and up. Everyone is busy with their own lives. It’s very private here. I have a security gate with code. I have a beautiful swimming pool and chef’s kitchen. The room has sliding glass closet doors, big picture window built-ins make up vanity hardwood floors, ceiling, fan and own AC unit in the room. Own fridge, and cubby for canned goods, entertainers backyard with air hockey fire pits, swimming pools picnic areas. Pool table and game room . It’s a shared bathroom and the bedroom is located right next to the bathroom. All house privileges it’s a month and it’s ready now.
