Hey there 🤗 looking for a roommate for 1st of May. month lease minimum. $ deposit. $ rent plus utilities. (Wi-Fi, electric, utilities, HRSD all )The bathroom is shared but I have my own vanity space in my room so the toilet and shower are the only things shared. There is also a half bath downstairs. It's just me and my two pups. Lucie-lou and Biggie. NO COUPLES. sorry, but one roommate is enough. 😜 I'm pretty low-key. I work and travel for work sometimes. I like obscure and alternative things.. I listen to metal, blues, rock n roll, outlaw country... etc. I rarely have people over but when I do I'm mindful of others sleeping hours. I'm looking for someone who is drama free, professional, and down with dogs. If you have pets it can be discussed but no cats. (Landlords preference) I keep a clean space so cleanliness is a must!
