Hello! I am looking for a roommate for the Mid May time frame. I currently live alone, but am looking to save some more money and share the rent with someone! I would like to ideally pay no more than $ a month including utilities for my share of the rent (or less if possible). I would love something with a yard for my dogs but am open to Houses, Townhomes, or an apartment. I also would want an in unit washer and dryer. I am open to male or female roommates. Would prefer a month lease.A bit about me;I have is a service animal, lbs Rat Terrier/Whippet Mix, Female, lbs, and the other is a Boston Terrier, Female also, lbs.I am a YO young professional working for an oil and gas engineering company that I have been at for just over 2 years now. I typically work from home days a week. I work off I- and Eldridge and would like no more than a minute commute ideally.I spend most of my free time watching racing or playing video games but also love to travel.I have full living room furniture as well as kitchen items and patio furniture. I am a pretty clean person and would expect that the common areas would be kept fairly clean/neat.
