I am looking for a roommate that pays their rent on time. Tenant must not smoke or do any heavy drinking. Personality wise: respectful, kind and easygoing. Does not mind rooming with a career mom; I am mother of one child ( year old). Must be very clean, neat and organized. A minimalist, I do not like clutter. And sorry, no pets.
