I am looking for two males, females, or a married couple to rent out the other half of my condo . Located about a mile from the beach near the pier in Oceanside. I have 2 rooms and a shared bathroom available in a bath condo. New floors, kitchen, bathroom, and mostly new appliances. There is a large pool, jacuzzi, tennis court, and small gym close by in the complex. I'm an electronics design engineer looking for other young professionals who are clean and easy going. I dont spend a lot of time at home because I'm usually at work or out spending time with friends/family. I'm Christian and enjoy having a clean and quiet place on weekdays, but always down to grab a drink and hang out on the weekends.
