Hi, my husband and I and our cat and dog are renting 2 very private furnished rooms in our home for $/mo each with 1 shared bathroom and a kitchenette. Each room has a brand new full size bed and new mattress, tv, walk in closet, sitting chair and a desk in one of the rooms. Electric, water and WiFi are included. Sorry, no pets. The brand new home is located close to Clermont.
