URGENT🚨🚨🚨🚨: Hey Y’all My name is Gianna Mccrary and I am years old currently looking for two new roommates to fill up my old roommates spaces. Unfortunately as many of us our leases are coming to an end and my roommates will not be continuing on the next year with me here🥲. But! I have grown to love this place and area I stay in over time and would love to stay here for another year but in order for me to stay I have to find two roommates in three weeks😱. So let’s get into a little bit more of the place, Our rent is a month plus Utilities split. One of the rooms is a lot bigger than mine and the second bedroom and has air conditioner in there so if you choose to stay in that room your rent would be $ a month. A little bit about the area is that ITS AMAZING and is the whole reason why I am so desperate to stay. The pilsen area is a community with many many places to go such clubs, bars, open late taco spots and a amazinggggg coffee shop named the jumping bean and it’s all only a 5 minute walking distance!!!. This place is also perfect if you are a UIC student since our place is right outside the number ! at the moment I can not provide pictures since both my roommates are in the mist of moving there things so the place doesn’t look the best right now lol 😭 but if you are interested I have no problem showing you pictures/ videos of the place!
