I'll be renting out the second bedroom and bath. The apartment has tons of amenities such as pool, clubhouse, lounging areas, game room, movie room, business center and gym. Includes 1 parking spot in garage. The rent is $ plus utilities (water, internet & electricity). Security deposit $I have a small dog. I work full time job and very clean. I'm not a big partier or have many overnight guest. I like to workout, cook and travel. Looking to find someone similar and who doesn't work from home and preferably a female.
