The room is partially furnished with a bed , small dresser and tv! You are more than welcome to customize it to how you see fit. The home is in Orange City. About min from I-4 , near Blue Springs , lots of food options if you’re a foodie! I like to spend my time going to the river , beach , or just hanging out. I work full time and am in school so very busy lol ! I would be open to another pet in the house . The backyard is partially fenced, the neighborhood is quiet and safe .
