About me
I’m a preschool teacher in Carmel looking for a roommate to share a newly renovated bath unit (Mastersuite) in Carmel Landing Apartments(located at E st St, close to the Regal and Cool Creek Park). The monthly rate for the unit with utilities factored in would be around $sixteenhundred which will be split between the two of us.
Each room has its ensuite bathroom. Includes washer and dryer. The unit is on the ground floor.
I will be moving in on the 1st of June.
I’m very quiet and am more of an introvert, yet I enjoy making new friends and going out!
I attend church in Carmel and volunteer in the kids’ rooms on Sundays. I spend my spare time reading, writing, listening to audiobooks or classical music, dancing, working out, playing pickleball and going on nature walks.
I’m looking for a lady roommate with values and a demeanor more or less similar. Cleanliness, being nice, quiet, and considerate will be greatly appreciated.
