Room for rent. The room is furnished and has private bathroom. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and minutes walk away from CRC, Kaiser Permanente, Methodist Hospital, and all living necessities. Good for students who attend school at CRC or working at Kaiser and Methodist hospitals. Utilities are included in the monthly rent but limited access to kitchen. room is available September 1st. Not taking any pets right now since we have a mini dachshund in the house. Please, No visitors, no drugs, no parties, no alcohol. We are very clean and private owners and respect privacy of others.
