Roommate is moving out and looking for somebody to take the empty room. I am a gay man, who has only lived with females, but have had plenty of straight male close friends, so I have no problem with either gender as roommates. I have a cat and student of metaphysical spirituality.The room has it's own bathroom with both private entrance and entrance to communal areas. About sq ft. Walk-in closet.Washer and dryer, dishwasher, stone/oven, microwave, refrigerator in apartment. Pretty unfurnished as roommate that is moving out owns the communal space furniture. Porch and generally quiet neighborhood.Apartment neighborhood has pool and fitness center in a gated community.Electric and WiFi are separate bills.Deposit of $ would be needed after approval, by time of signing lease.Not looking to include kids and couples. Also preferably longer-term.
