Hi, my name is Michael and I’m currently looking for a room to rent in Naples or to split an apartment with someone. My max budget is $/month for a room or $/month if we’re sharing an apartment. I’m a clean, quiet, and respectful tenant who works a full-time professional job. I also hold a CAM license, a real estate license, and I’m a certified notary (both in-person and online). Outside of work, I’m focused on building my brand and running my side businesses, so I’m usually busy and keep to myself. I work out in the mornings, and when I’m home I’m either reading, watching a show, or working. I don’t smoke and I rarely have anyone over. I’m hoping to find a calm and responsible living situation with someone who values cleanliness, privacy, and professionalism.
