large bath newly remodeled apartment/duplex. All new appliances, new hardwoods flooring, new carpet in bedrooms with installed ceiling fans with a window. $ first months rent. Utilities are half. I must say the utilities are really cheap. ABOUT ME: I’m OCPD about cleanliness. I expect the same need for cleanliness from a roommate. I’m yrs old. I work full time as an agent for a security company. I have weir hours. I do have 1 dog. I do not want anymore animals. Move in date can be early as April 1st
