I have 1 private room + private bathroom for rent in my bath apartment. Would prefer to rent to female as I live alone. Should be comfortable with dogs as I have a 9 month old large mix breed dog. Only street parking available. All utilities are included in the rent. Room is partially furnished(missing mattress and pillows)
