The unit is a 2nd floor walk up with a newly renovated kitchen, HVACs in every room, in unit washer and dryer, and a dishwasher. This room has a huge closet, can comfortably fit a full bed, and you’d share a bathroom with me (Charnell). There is one cat in the apartment, so no other large pets at this time.(The furniture in the bedroom picture is up for sale at a very low rate!)I’m an English doctoral student at NYU who focuses on Black women’s and Black queer literature. I love to yap, and I value a space that feels communicative and open. I’m a chill person to live with overall, and I feel it’s important to build living spaces that feel restorative.
